HR Administrator

An HR Administrator with solid payroll administration experience is required by our Travel Client in Crawley, West Sussex. This is a maternity cover position and is fixed term for one year. The requirement is for 4 days per week. Tuesday to Friday.

As HR Administrator you will take responsibility for completion of HR administration including new starter paperwork, benefits administration, all contractual letters. You should have experience working on payroll administration as you will be accountable for providing an effective payroll service to the business, processing changes and maintaining employee records.

You should also have solid recruitment experience and knowledge of advertising vacancies and working with Recruitment Agencies and Suppliers. You should have solid knowledge of HR procedures as well as ensuring GDPR processes and equal opportunities legislation.

- Strong recruitment and Human Resources background

- Strong HR administration and employee benefits management

- GDPR and HR Process experience

Who would suit this role?

This is ideal for an HR Administrator to work with a small team in the Travel sector. This role is 4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday and you will be required for a 12 month fixed term maternity cover.

Salary:

Basic salary to £25,000 pro rata.

Crawley, West Sussex

Commute from: Redhill / Gatwick / Horsham / Burgess Hill / Leatherhead / Brighton / Sussex
